Some days ago, RailWay is down and crashes my postgres, with this I use the agent trying to fix my issue, because my istance is dead.
however, the volume is with other credential, and I would like to restore my environment variable to get the credentials back, and do not lose any data.

If I understood correctly, you want to regenerate your postgres password? If that's the case you can do it from service settings > database > config
