Your workspace has been restricted, and unfortunately we're unable to share the specifics behind why this was applied. For paid workspaces, this restriction cannot be reversed. The next step would be to cancel your plan and offboard from the workspace through your billing settings.

there're different projects inside a workspace that are totally seperate, restricting the whole workspace seems harsh and looks like your pushing for single project per workspace with this policy

We understand the frustration, and your feedback is noted. However, restrictions are applied at the workspace level and cannot be reversed for paid plans. The path forward is to cancel your plan and offboard through your billing settings, after which you can create a new workspace.

There's no automated way to migrate data between workspaces, but if your services are still accessible you can manually export your data (e.g., database dumps) before canceling and then import it into services in a new workspace.

the db is not accessible so cannot pg dump, data survives in the volume but i cannot access until postgre is running, would be greate if data could still be accessible in this case
