My trial has ended and i am using a subscription in a different account(due to a misunderstanding). Is there any way i can still retrieve the SQL database?

Hey, you can access the SQL database by having an active plan, you can upgrade to the free plan on the account where the trail has expired and redeploy your database to gain access to it. Upgrading to the free plan can be done here: https://railway.com/workspace/plans.
