Hi Railway Support Team,

I’m trying to connect my custom domain brightventurez.online to my Railway app. I’ve added the required TXT verification record, which has successfully verified.

However, I am unable to add the CNAME record for the root domain @. My domain registrar (Wogohost) indicates that a CNAME cannot coexist with an A record for the same root domain, and I cannot edit/delete the existing A record.

I need guidance on the fastest way to properly connect my root domain so it works with Railway. Should I:

Point the CNAME to www.brightventurez.online and redirect the root domain?

Use another configuration?

Current Records Attempted:

CNAME: @ → pip8snrt.up.railway.app

TXT: _railway-verify → railway-verify=20034754e0025d9f5ba8565e214f3135eb5602264e2b9701f4a8bce3bde11b04

I would greatly appreciate rapid assistance, as my project launch depends on this setup.
