Update the service root directory to "Public MAS/MAS-Portfolio/MAS-backend" since the configured path "MAS-backend" does not exist in the repository. The build failed immediately during image build because Railway could not locate that directory, and this is unrelated to the recent package.json JSON fix which was already merged correctly.

The root directory is a setting you change yourself: open the service, go to its Settings tab, and set the root directory option to /Public MAS/MAS-Portfolio/MAS-backend, then redeploy. With it set, we only pull files from that directory when building, as described in the monorepo docs.
If you use a railway.json or railway.toml, it does not follow the root directory. Reference it by its absolute path, for example /Public MAS/MAS-Portfolio/MAS-backend/railway.json.
