I’ve been using Railway for a few months now and currently have projects running there. Unfortunately, I’ve run into a serious issue: my account got flagged due to a failed payment, and I’ve been trying to get help.
I reached out via email and Discord more than 10 hours ago, but so far, I haven’t received a response. For a service that hosts production apps, this kind of silence feels really unprofessional and stressful.
After asking here in discord they banned and my new account 🙂
I understand that issues happen, but clear and timely communication is crucial for developers who rely on Railway for uptime and stability. Right now, I’m stuck waiting without any updates.
👉 Has anyone else faced this? How long did it take to get support?
👉 Railway team – please, improve your support response time. Developers’ projects and businesses depend on it.

If you have emailed contact@railway.app, you have taken the best route forward. The response time for ban appeals is 5-7 days. Asking for a review in this server will not hasten the process.

Well this is an answer at least. Means I have to wait 7 days to receive a response , hopefully something is fixed and if not, you banned my new account which I was planing to use if support team does not help 🙂

creating a new account to circumvent a ban will only cause your new account to be banned as well.
Well , banning my account and not receiving any response for 10 hours when I need the data I have on the deployed app is forcing me to find a way to contact any human being.

You mention that your account was flagged due to a failed payment. I assumed this meant a ban, but have you just not paid your subscription costs? Paying your bill should unlock your account

What is the email associated with the banned Railway account?
emil_dobrev93sl@abv.bg , I didnt had enough funds in that card , after I saw that payment failed I've added funds imediately
