Whenever we try to access any s3 bucket anywhere, it says "Access denied". We tried regenerating credentials and recreating buckets.

It was fixed after we removed our budget limit. Although the new limit hadn't been reached yet.

his is unlikely to be an application issue. It points to a Railway Object Storage authorization/provisioning problem rather than bucket configuration. Please verify you're using the latest endpoint, region, and regenerated credentials. If the issue persists even with a minimal S3 request, please share your project ID, bucket ID, and a failed request ID (x-amz-request-id) so the team can investigate the backend permissions

Redeploy all services related to s3 bucket and try to access again. This might fix your access issue. Also make sure bucket has right access policy to access it's files.
