I'm experiencing the exact same issue as reported here:

The error is identical:
- error: attribute 'dev' missing
- Suddenly started failing with postgresql_16.dev
- Previously working deployments are now failing
Error log:
error: attribute 'dev' missing
at /app/.nixpacks/nixpkgs-5148520bfab61f99fd25fb9ff7bfbb50dad3c9db.nix:19:31:
gcc gcc postgresql_15 postgresql_16.dev python39 python39
As Brody solved the previous case by reverting the nixpacks version, could you please apply the same solution to my deployment?

Hello,
It's something the user can do themselves.
Set a service variable NIXPACKS_VERSION to 1.29.1
