Priority Boarding is enabled on my Railway account, but Sandboxes are still unavailable.

Observed behavior:
Priority Boarding is enabled.
The project UI has no Sandboxes tab.
The documented Sandboxes project route returns authenticated 404.
The account/project integrations expose no Sandbox create/list/exec/destroy capability.
Railway documentation indicates Sandboxes are available through Priority Boarding and does not document any additional workspace setting, plan requirement, propagation delay, or support-side activation.
Could Railway please check whether Sandboxes are actually enabled for this account/workspace and whether there is any account flag, propagation issue, or backend problem preventing access?
Please do not modify or deploy any project services or staged changes. I only need Sandbox control-plane availability diagnosed/enabled.

Have you tried enabling the Project Sandboxes feature flag as well?

i checked Project Settings → Feature Flags, but this page only lets me create application/runtime feature flags via Railway Signals. I don’t see any existing Railway-controlled “Project Sandboxes” flag there.
Could you please tell me the exact location or exact flag name you mean? I don’t want to create a custom app flag that won’t actually enable the Railway Sandboxes platform

Yep, that fixed it 😅 I found Project Sandboxes under Account Settings → Feature Flags, enabled it, and the Sandboxes tab showed up right away. Thanks a lot for pointing me in the right direction 🙏
