Scale Page - Regions & Replicas dropdown cannot be clicked/selected

On the Scale settings page, I want to change or add a Region, but the "Regions & Replicas" dropdown is not clickable/selectable.

Issue details: - Clicking on the dropdown area or the arrow on the right has no response - Already tried refreshing the page, switching browsers, and clearing cache - Currently stuck with only the default US West (California, USA)

The Regions & Replicas dropdown on the Scale page is for configuring multi-region horizontal scaling, which requires the Pro plan. On the Hobby plan, you can still change your service's deploy region from the service Settings tab under the "Deploy" section, or set a default preferred region from your Workspace Settings. If you need multi-region replicas, you would need to upgrade to the Pro plan.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I am on the Hobby plan, and I just want to change the single deployment region of my service (not multi-region replicas).

I went to the service Settings → Deploy tab, but the region dropdown still doesn't respond when I click it.
