Currently running an environment with 4 N8N replica workers, redis, postgres, Primary worker for N8N and a PGbouncer for load balancing.

We are experiencing problems with scaling executions and services like redis failing due to in-proper deployment and configuration. We would love some assistance on how we could solve this issue and scale with railway.
