hey y'all! i don't know the best place to go to ask questions, but I'm reading the documentation posted here: https://blog.railway.com/p/github-actions about connecting railway to github actions and I'm confused at what the SVCID variable is supposed to stand for. Is that supposed to be the Project ID for a project on railway or is it supposed to be something else. Is the SVCID even required to trigger automatic scheduled deployments onto railway.

also, i'm a little confused by the portion regarding the docker container. can i always use the url that is posted there?
