no matter what I do, all the deployments are getting stuck and failing!

Hmm that is not ideal. Looks to be something with metal builder that randomly fails.
Are you able to try disabling metal builder and seeing if the issue still happens?

yeah, it works, but I believe it will be good to get the metal working as it fastens my deployment.
Second, there are cases where my deployment simply fails due to timeout... So getting the metal working would be highly useful for me. It used to work couple of days back but now it's not working for me. It's been 48hrs with this kind of error
