new to this environment and a learner.
looking to use searXNG with our domain and setup with the followings
1- install all features.
2- primarily set to be with free search engines.
3- provision that user can add / select manually custom search engines like google / bing / etc. if they required
4- deploy all sets of search like photos / videos / news / etc. that can be select by the user if required.
5- how to add a custom name above or adjacent to the search area rather than SearXNG using text / image / svg template.
6- how easy and how to modify the index / search page.

Not sure what "basic" means.
If you mean the Free plan, probably, but you would be quite limited.
If the Free plan isn't able to run SearXNG smoothly, you could always upgrade to the Hobby plan ($5/month).

the questions were not fully answered ?
or don't get enough knowledge to do it self from the reply relative to the query.
most important is whether possible to use SearXNG with basic plan ?
