I have been seeing connection disruption internal connection between app service and postgress within internal network. As well as public websocket connection being dropped with users.

Internal database and loops are running fine, but I started getting connection timeouts on public outbound requests (external APIs) starting around 2 PM UTC. Definitely looks like some network flakiness
