Hello Railway Support,
My workspace has been showing “Limited Access – Deploys have been paused temporarily” for almost 24 hours.
The Railway status page currently reports that builds and deployments are fully operational, but my service is still unable to deploy pending environment-variable changes.

The current service remains online, the trial still has available days and credits, and only new deployments are blocked.
Could you please check whether a Limited Access flag is still attached to this workspace and release the queued deployment?

Your workspace has no restrictions or flags on it. The "Limited Access - Deploys have been paused temporarily" banner is a documented platform behavior where Trial and Free tier deployments are temporarily queued during periods of high resource demand to prioritize Pro/Enterprise workloads. Your existing deployment stays online and queued deploys (including your pending FIREBASE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON variable change) will process automatically once capacity frees up, with no action needed on your end. To bypass the queue and deploy immediately, you can upgrade to a paid plan from your workspace billing page.

Hello,
I upgraded this workspace from Trial to Hobby approximately one hour ago, but the project still shows:
“Limited Access - Deploys have been paused temporarily”
The pending environment variable change is still blocked and no deployment has started.
Could you please refresh the workspace plan status or manually release the queued deployment?
