Hi Railway Team,
Our production backend service (oas-backend-production.up.railway.app) has been completely unreachable since earlier today — DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error for all users.
This is a live exam portal used by students and trainers at Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MRIIRS & MRU), Faridabad. Downtime directly impacts scheduled assessments.
Could you please:
1. Confirm the root cause of this outage
2. Provide an ETA for resolution
3. Let us know if any action is needed from our side
Service is on the Hobby plan. Dashboard shows Active but the domain is not resolving.
