Something is wrong with my server, we have a dialer and no calls are going out. Is there a ip issue with railway going on?

I just woke up 0 issues on our end last night. We have SIP trunking. SOmething seems to be going on railway?

it seems like it I cant get any calsl out no ip going out. Seems railway issue were checking on our end.
