I have upgraded to Pro but the Server Response is very Slow, there is very few or 10-15 Records in DB but still it takes arround 10-11sec to load the data.
10-11 seconds is very late response, it wont work for me if not resolved ASAP.

People have reported having issues in prod using mongo as an external db.
Using everything on project will heavily increase project speeds!
Let me know when that's done and if it works.

Hiya!
We were having an incident around the time this ticket was opened. Are you still seeing slow loading times? Are you connecting correctly to your mongodb on Railway?

Yes there is still slow loading time, I have MongoDB Atlas which is very faster i checked the query response logs from DB is 0.02sec inside the server but it take almost 10-11sec to respond that data to the frontend service

Can I get any info on your type of database?
If your database is on another service (such as hosting mongo on mongo.com) I suggest moving it to Railway!
If your database is hosted on Railway already though, I suggest using the Private URL and not Public.
Otherwise I'd need a bit more info to give some more accurate answers.

Well i dare say its more secure to use an on project database!
As you are on the pro plan, Railway does support backups! https://docs.railway.com/reference/backups
