We are currently facing slow server response issues in the Southeast (Singapore) region. The application performance has degraded, and requests are taking significantly longer than usual to process.
Could you please check if there are any ongoing issues or latency problems in the Singapore region? Also, let us know if there are any recommended actions or optimizations from our side.
We would appreciate your prompt support in resolving this issue.

We are too facing slow response - SG & US East Region. 15s to load an element. Oddly it's random, some elements load immediately. Some loads 15s. Been like that sine 4-5 hours ago at least.

We’re seeing the same issue on our side as well. Responses from the Singapore and US East regions are inconsistent. some elements load instantly, while others take around 15 seconds. This has been happening for the past 4–5 hours at least.

The team has been made aware of this and has resolved the issue. Response times should go back to normal very soon.

How long will it take to fully resolve? There’s also no update on the railway status page yet—can you confirm what the issue was and whether it has been completely fixed or is still being worked on?

This has now been resolved.
The latency was caused by an issue with our CDN provider Fastly, specifically affecting their KV store in the Asia region. Their incident report: https://www.fastlystatus.com/incident/378503
Apologies for the disruption.
