Server completely stopped responding to any request since yesterday 9:30 pm CET (that's the latest time we know the server was working)
No redeploy, no restart for more than a week, and our app was working well until yesterday.
This is a demo environment, which we do not have updated for some days
We got a spike in Redis Timeout error from the server at around 5:30 am CET.

We fixed it by simply restarting the server and it is working well ever since.
