Server stops responding respond - API 504s

The service stops responding, can't see any error and all the APIs start giving 504. This is happening daily and get fixed once I restart the container. Anyone else facing this issue?
I don't see any spike in CPU or memory at that time. Everything looks normal in Observalibility.

This would be an issue with your application, it's experiencing an error but you have no observability because you aren't handing errors correctly.
