Hi everyone, I'm running Gotenberg (a PDF generation service) on Railway with Serverless mode enabled, but the container has not scaled to zero despite having zero traffic for over 9 hours.

My setup:

- Service: Gotenberg (Docker image: gotenberg/gotenberg:8)

- Serverless: Enabled

- Healthcheck Path: Not configured

- Cron Schedule: Not configured

Timeline:

- Last real request: ~4:40 PM (triggered by a Supabase Edge Function for invoice generation)

- Checked at 5:30 PM → Still Online, ~600MB memory usage, 0 CPU

- Checked again 9 hours later → Still showing Online

Metrics confirm:

- Zero requests after 4:40 PM

- Zero network traffic after 4:45 PM

- CPU flat at 0.0 vCPU
