Hello. My project was working normally on the Free plan. I did not change any settings or code.
Now every deployment immediately fails with:
Free plan deployments must be serverless. Please go to your service settings and turn on the serverless flag.
The Serverless option is already enabled. There are no build logs because the deployment never starts. The Diagnose button does not work. The project contains an attached Volume with important data that I cannot access because the service no longer deploys.
Could you please check whether this is a platform issue or help me recover access to my Volume?

Your service config does show serverless (App Sleeping) as enabled, and your volume is still attached with its data intact - failed deploys do not affect volume contents. Try toggling serverless off and back on in your service's Settings > Deploy section, then redeploy using the command palette (Ctrl/Cmd + K, then "Deploy latest commit"). Also note that Free-plan deploys are blocked during peak hours (08:00-20:00 CET for EU West), so if you are deploying during that window, try again outside those hours.
