I'm trying to redeploy my backend after my free trial ran out. I downgraded to the free plan, which is sufficient for my needs, and upon attempting to redeploy the build logs say that "serverless is required to be enabled when using the free plan." I have serverless enabled, but even after turning it off and saving then turning it on and saving again and attempting to redeploy, I keep getting the same error, even though serverless is enabled.

Deploy using the command palette: press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac), then select Deploy latest commit.

I get this error: "No GitHub installation found for repo: Project-Vela-AI/ilsa. Reconnect the GitHub repository under Service Settings → Source, or reinstall the Railway GitHub App and grant it access to this repo." I have already checked the connection and ensured that the app was configured correctly, as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the Railway app of GitHub.

Can you make sure you have given the Railway App bot access to your repositories?
GitHub Settings -> Applications -> Railway App -> Configure -> Repository access
Then please go into your Railway account and unlink and relink the GitHub integration.

Confirmed, the Railway App already has access to all repositories. This fix did not work.

Since the repo is under the Project-Vela-AI organization, the Railway GitHub App must be installed on that organization (not just your personal GitHub account). You can verify and configure that at https://github.com/organizations/Project-Vela-AI/settings/installations. If the app is already installed there, try disconnecting the repo under your service's Settings tab in the Source section, then reconnecting it to the same repo.
