Hello,
My service called server-API which i use to deploy my telegram bot is restricted.
i do not believe that it breaks any community rule, because the bot functions as a whisper bot, a popular telegram kind of bots and does not acts as spam messages.
solve this please

Your workspace is currently in a restricted state. We're not able to share the specific reason for the restriction, but since your account is on a trial, you can resolve this by upgrading to a paid plan at railway.com/workspace/plans. Upgrading will automatically lift the restriction and allow your services to run again.
