We're longtime users of Railway. We have all of our projects hosted on Railway. We can spend as much money as required to get this limit, but we just need this limit raised please.

The 25-services-per-day cap is an account-age safeguard separate from your Pro plan's 100-services-per-project limit. It operates on a rolling 24-hour window, so as your earlier service creations age past that window, you will be able to create more.
