Service disturbance

I can see the active incident banner on my dashboard ("Builds are slow to progress — we are investigating") and my service panel is showing "Limited Access — Deploys have been paused temporarily."

My service is listed as Online in the project view but webuilthere.com has been unreachable since approximately 21:00 BST yesterday evening (19 May 2025) — around 12+ hours at time of writing.

Project: My-Buddy-Prod

Service: webuilthere

Domain: webuilthere.com

Impact:

  • Production site completely unreachable to visitors
  • Unable to redeploy or rollback due to deploys being paused
  • This was our planned production launch window

I understand the build incident is being investigated. A couple of questions:

  1. Is there an ETA for builds and deploys to resume?
  2. Is there anything on my end I can do to restore the existing running container while deploys are paused?
  3. Will there be any credit applied for the downtime period?

Happy to provide any project IDs or logs if it helps the investigation. Thanks

We experienced a major service disruption starting around 02:25 UTC on May 20 that affected traffic routing, DNS, and many other platform components - this is now resolved, and your service's deployment shows healthy with a valid certificate and propagated DNS, so webuilthere.com should be reachable again. Regarding builds, there is a separate ongoing incident where Hobby plan builds are temporarily paused while we clear a backlog - we don't have a specific ETA yet but updates will be posted to that incident page. Your existing container does not need a redeploy to continue running; it should already be serving traffic now that the major disruption is resolved. For any credit considerations related to the downtime, please keep an eye on that incident page for follow-up communications.
