Service Domains Not Displaying In Network Domain List

My service shows 4 domains via the API, but the Railway dashboard doesn't display them for deletion, and I'm blocked from deploying as a result. The project is eFriendMarketing; the service is the MAP App.
The API shows domain deletion "succeeding" but not persisting
The dashboard doesn't show these domains for manual deletion either
I'm blocked from deploying a legitimate new version because of it
