Problem: The multiRegionConfig contains an invalid region "sfo", which is not a valid Railway region. This configuration is blocking all deployment attempts with the error: "Your plan can only deploy to a single region. Please upgrade to Pro to deploy to multiple regions."
Valid regions are: us-west2, us-east4-eqdc4a, europe-west4-drams3a, asia-southeast1-eqsg3a
Request: Please clear or remove the multiRegionConfig from the service configuration in the database so I can deploy the application.

Hey there,
Quick note: the service ID in your subject (8a860d6f...) is a soft-deleted/orphaned record. Your actual active service is 8b69a97b-510a-433e-b1cb-69bc682998c1 (Eva_Health-WHWo) in the same project. I cleared the bad sfo value on that one and set it to us-west2. Try a redeploy and it should work.
