Service instability on production projects over the last 2-3 days - ETA on resolution?

Hi Railway team,

Over the last 2-3 days my production services on the projects "LUMO" and "acceptable-victory" have been unstable - services intermittently going down / becoming unreachable and behaving erratically, with no clear pattern on my side.

I'm aware Railway has been dealing with broader platform issues recently that have been ongoing for some time. Could you please let me know:

  1. Is the instability I'm seeing related to the known ongoing platform issues?
  2. Is there an ETA for when things will be fully resolved?
  3. Is there anything I should do on my side (redeploy, restart services, change region, etc.) in the meantime to mitigate?

This is impacting production, so any timeline / status update would be really appreciated.

Projects affected: LUMO, acceptable-victory

Thanks!

This could be related to the May 19/20 Railway platform incident and the recovery period after it. You can read about it here https://blog.railway.com/p/incident-report-may-19-2026-gcp-account-outage.

So currently i recommend you to do redeploy of all you things. Databases and other services that uses them. This should mostly resolves the issues.
