Trying to deploy a service to my project but any time I try to connect my Github repo, I get this error:

Failed to deploy!

Service Instance not found

If i try to Deploy the service, it fails and it creates a new Service in the main dashboard (I see 3 services) but in the Architecture diagram I only see 2.

Potentially related(?): I'm trying to re-add a Nest.JS Service that previously succeeded in deployment but is now failing with a new build failure. I tried deleting the Service but now I'm failing to spin up the same Service again
