service isn't picking up changes to my repo

I forked this repo from a template so that maybe why but I can't seem to figure out why my service isn't redeploying when I push changes.

Is the issue still persistent? It looks correctly configured to me. Sorry can't be of more help on this. Please let us know if the issue remains.
