My service just hangs forever, doesn't restart.
Metrics show its in use and I keep getting charged for resources that are hanging. see the cpu metrics being hang and notice the flat line. my project is a background cron on node-cron running on bun.

I'm also getting this when changing any settings which forces a redeploy via the UI. it just hangs there
i'm on the pro plan currently
i'm being charged for usage that it wasn't me. machine gets stuck on max cpu max ram for days
