Service just stops, keeps charging cpu

My service just hangs forever, doesn't restart.

Metrics show its in use and I keep getting charged for resources that are hanging. see the cpu metrics being hang and notice the flat line. my project is a background cron on node-cron running on bun.

I'm also getting this when changing any settings which forces a redeploy via the UI. it just hangs there
