Hi! Last month I couldn't pay the $5 Hobby Plan, so my service was suspended.
When I tried to renew it, it asked me to pay — I did, but the Hobby Plan didn’t reactivate.
I imagine the payment went toward the previous month I missed, and now I probably need to pay again for the current month, right?

you are correct, you would have left the invoice unpaid for a bit too long so we closed the account, you paid the outstanding bill, and now you will need to sign back up

once you sign back up, you will need to redeploy your services to bring them back online, that is a manual process
