Service not responding after May 19 outage - Pro plan

My service (kindra-bot) is showing as Active in the dashboard but returning "Application failed to respond" (502 Bad Gateway) since the major outage on May 19. The deploy logs show the app started successfully on port 8080, but requests are not reaching the application. I'm on the Pro plan and need this resolved urgently as it's a production WhatsApp bot.
