Service redeploy failure

Since may 22nd my DB on Nanosharing/development environment has been dead. I cannot redeploy nor restart it. Seems like a volume mount issue, can we look into it ?
According to the logs there was a rapid request overload on the 22nd of May, and it has been dead ever since, and it cannot boot back up.

Sometimes is an update of the image, try update the image or conect it with railway ssh.
