If i restart the service then everything starts working but after sometime it starts failling.

can you be more specific when you say "stops responding"
what exactly is happening when you visit the link after your service "stops responding"

It keeps loading, so basically all the requests stays in pending state, seems like the domain wasn't being resolved to an ip

its more likely to be your app soft locking, on account of a redeploy fixing the issue
