ok now it unstuck

but the following deployment still takes a long time. its been like an hour for it to deploy.

Hi! Earlier today we experienced an incident and deploys are still stabilizing.

Most deployments triggered during the outage have now normalized, but a small number are still working through the backlog. I see yours have been already processed, and future deployments should gradually return to normal durations as recovery finalizes. Please let us know if deployments are still stuck in the next few minutes and we'll take a closer look (they shouldn't). Thanks for your patience!

my deployment is actually running for 2 hours and 15 minutes now, no signs of stopping

three hours now

Please try the following:

1. Run npx @railway/cli login

If that works, continue with:

2. npx @railway/cli link

3. npx @railway/cli up to redeploy the project.
