the server cannot be deployed. and it stuck running i think it pass pre deploy. can anyone take a look?

Hi! Earlier today we experienced an incident and deploys are still stabilizing.

Most deployments triggered during the outage have now normalized, but a small number are still working through the backlog. I see yours have been already processed, and future deployments should gradually return to normal durations as recovery finalizes. my deployment is actually running for 2 hours and 15 minutes now, no signs of stopping

Please try the following:

Run npx @railway/cli login

If that works, continue with:

npx @railway/cli link
npx @railway/cli up to redeploy the project.
