Service stuck getting deleted

Im trying to delete a service however its stuck at "Applying 1 Change" for about 10 mins now - any ideas?

The steps i took to get to this point:

  1. I created a new service on a new branch for testing purposes.

  2. Deleted the branch via GH

  3. Went back to railway to delete the service which is now just hanging
