Service stuck in "Limited Access - Deploys paused" after global incident

Hi Railway team,

My service kocobox-app2 (production) has been stuck in "Limited Access:

Deploys have been paused temporarily" since the May 19 global incident.

Project: kocobox-app2 (zoological-integrity workspace)

Service URL: kocobox-app2-production.up.railway.app

Plan: Hobby (active, billing current)

Credits remaining: $4.49 / $5.00

Estimated bill: $0.51

Symptoms:

  • Health endpoint returns HTTP 404
  • Service shows "Online" in dashboard but doesn't respond
  • New GitHub push doesn't trigger auto-deploy
  • Usage page shows "Problem processing request" for Usage by Project

This is a live production system used by 14 staff members in our

international shipping business. We have been down for over 10 hours and

losing revenue. The data on the volume must be preserved.

Please help restore access urgently. Thank you.
