"My service 'AI-Phone-Builder' shows as pending deletion but the deletion never actually completed. The service is still running and serving traffic normally, but I can no longer click into it to view deployments or manage it — it's locked in this state. Please cancel the pending deletion so I can access and manage the service normally again. Project: optimistic-balance, Service: AI-Phone-Builder."

Your "AI-Phone-Builder" service has a staged deletion on the project canvas that was never applied, which is why it appears locked but is still running normally. To clear it, open the project canvas and look for the deploy bar at the top showing pending changes, click the three-dot (overflow) menu on that bar, and choose Discard Changes. This removes the pending edit without affecting the running service, and you will be able to manage it normally again.
