'm experiencing a critical blocker in my staging environment that's preventing me from making any changes to my project.

Issue Summary: A service is stuck in a "pending removal" state. The service appears to have been deleted on the backend, but the UI persists in displaying it as pending removal. This stuck state is now blocking me from making ANY changes to other services in the environment—attempting to modify other services throws errors.

What I've Tried:

Hard refreshed the browser

Logged out and back in

Discarded all staged changes multiple times

Attempted to remove the service again

Current State:

The service no longer appears in the backend service list

The UI still shows it as pending removal

No deploy/apply button appears to finalize the removal

All attempts to edit other services fail with errors

Expected Behavior:

The stuck service should either complete removal or show a clear action to finalize it

Other services should remain editable regardless of pending changes elsewhere
