i've deployed my services:
1. Tenderlycarewebsitedesign: https://tenderlycarewebsitedesign-production-1974.up.railway.app/
2. tenderly-mobile-dev: https://tenderly-mobile-dev-production.up.railway.app/
but for most of the users it is not able to access it, and it is accessible for some users

However, your mobile site throws a 404 error. I'd make sure the / route actually exists on that application.
