Service Will Not Deploy and Told to Contact Railway

I am trying to deploy OpenLit, and the otel-collector service keeps giving me the following message and fails to deploy:

What do you mean? I dropped the OpenLit docker-compose.yml on the Project Dashboard to install all the components. How do I install OpenLit in a Railway Project?
