Services broken after cancelling hobby plan

It was understanding that the hobby plan was not required and we could just pay on demand for usage.

I cancelled hobby and all my services are gone. What am I missing here??

Well according to railway dash, my plan is still active. I cannot resub yet until my plan expires this month.

I restarted my services and they are not responding and in a weird state

Thanks guys. I was able to resolve it after a couple of redeploys. My db was not initializing. All good.
