I'm experiencing services being down also, I'm EU West so wondering if this is related?

This seems related. We identified a performance issue with a signle host in the EU region and have resolved it. Your service should have normal operations again.
Thanks, I'm still getting performance issues i.e. requests are taking a long time to resolve

4 times a day 2 out of 3 mongo replicas fall off
