We were affected by the outage. Many deployments failed. I had to either restart or redeploy. Many deployments are now running but they continue to indicate that they're "permanently deploying." As a consequence, PR CI doesn't flash green. How can I fix this? It doesn't seem like refreshing the station or redeploying is making a difference.
