Services Not Reachable After Invoice Payment – Possible Routing/Infrastructure Issue

Hey, I’m facing a critical issue with my Railway projects.

All my services suddenly became unreachable via their Railway public URLs.

Details:

  • DNS resolves correctly
  • Containers start successfully
  • Logs show server running and DB init complete
  • But no requests reach the app
  • Containers sometimes stop/restart after startup

Important context:

  • I had an unpaid invoice earlier
  • It is now fully paid (April 19 receipt)
  • Issue started around that time and persists after payment

This is happening across multiple projects, so it doesn’t seem like a code issue.

Could someone please tell how to check if my account/services are fully restored or if there’s any routing/infra issue?
