The services in my workspace are rolling back to older deploy versions without any rollback command being executed. What could be causing this?

In my services, the apps are encountering failures after weeks of running normally, without any changes made to the repositories. When I check the settings, the most recent deploy appears as "removed," and I see older deploys listed as the current ones responsible for the failure, as shown in the images.
